The Imams Council of ACT (Imams Mohammad Swaiti, Adama Konda and Nourredine Laraibi) have met after Maghrib today at the Canberra Mosque and have declared that Eid-ul-Fitr 1444 AH will be Saturday, 22 April 2023 (due to cloud preventing sighting), Inshallah.
Salat-ul-Eid at the Canberra Mosque will start at 8am SHARP.
Note: Salat-ul-Isha will revert back to its regular time of 7:15pm from Friday, 21 April 2023.
